adequate stay with some issues
great location super clean clean building site small pool
the location is spot on, it's a one minute walk to west palm beach with restaurants and beach areas. i could go out during the day or evening without needing a taxi. the hotel isn't a typical 'large hotel vibe' hotel and it is beautiful and super clean.
The building site opposite the hotel had workers operating 24 hours on some days. The rooftop pool is very small with five sun loungers and looks a bit tired.

friendly environment hotel decor small pool worn appearance
the hotel decor in the lobby had a romantic ambiance it included friendly designs i enjoyed the food i tried it was delicious i also found the location suited my travel plans
the rooftop pool is very small it only fits a few sun beds i noticed it looks a little worn even though the hotel seemed new

necessary amenities friendly staff
The rooms were super clean and included all necessary amenities. the staff members were consistently friendly. They were always smiling and cute. i commend the hotel for its commitment to cleanliness. It was definitely a highlight.
the rooftop pool is quite small, accommodating only five sun loungers. it also looked somewhat worn.

the hotel enjoys a superb location near the west palm beach promenade. many restaurants are situated within a few minutes' walk, offering varied dining choices. its proximity to local attractions is really convenient.

The staff consistently demonstrated really good service. they were always ready to assist guests and address any concerns with efficiency. the housekeeping team ensured perfect cleanliness throughout my entire stay. This attention was excellent!
